In order to use automated subscriptions, you must create subscriptions in the dashboard of one of the supported payment providers.

Subscriptions are assigned an ID from this provider, which you must match with the plan in the Loyalty Platform dashboard. In the example screenshot above you see the field "2Checkout subscription ID", but this can be another provider if this has been configured.

Go to Billing > Products > + New to add a new product. At the second step (Pricing plan), leave ID and trial period empty. When you click Add pricing plan the product will be created. When you click on the pricing plan (Pricing plans table) you will see an ID like plan_FbpVUHSriThQKv. This is the ID you enter for Stripe subscription ID when editing or creating a plan in the Loyalty Platform dashboard.

Make sure your ID starts with plan_ and not with prod_
